I left a very detailed 3 pages of instructions, which I walked through with Erin while she was here on her meet and great and felt comfortable that she would be good watching my pets. Unfortunately she arrived late the first day (so not a great start) Erin never feed my cat or cleaned her litter box while we were gone, both were clearly written down in my instructions. My daughters was in tears when when she realized that the cat hadn’t been cared for. She also didn’t spend as much time at my house with the animals as I would have like, we have security cameras so we know her comings and going. I told her this at the meet and greet. Thankfully she was not hear when I arrived or I would have tipped her. I will not hire her again.

Erin was great! She was really flexible on meeting up beforehand and picking up/dropping off my key. I had her do drop ins for my cat while I was gone for a few days. It was nice knowing my cat’s water and food was taken care of. My cat was very happy when I got home because she also got some treats while I was away. I appreciated the pictures to show each time Erin stopped by and when she left. I’ll definitely book Erin again!
