Pet care experience
My life has been filled with pets big or small, fluffy or scaley, since I can remember. And as an adult, I’ve had the pleasure to work with animals in both personal and professional ways. I experience with everything from bottle babies (kittens), training “teenage” puppies, and working with fearful dogs that require extra time and patience. My meet-and-greets are always free, because I truly love all animals and I would want my own pets to go to a sitter both the owner and animal feel comfortable with. You may notice a gap in care on my profile as I took time off to focus on other opportunities. But the world always leads me back to spending time doing what I love!

Erin H. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Erin did an outstanding job. My cat Frankie is very skittish and usually hides from people she doesn’t know. Erin was able to coax her out for some petting. Frankie was happy when I got home and in good spirits ready to play.
We were so nervous to leave our adopted puppy who has been abused in the past and struggles with being around new people. But when Erin showed up at our house for a meet and greet, my 4 year old and our puppy instantly fell in love with her. Elsa (our pup) was skidding at first but next we knew, Erin was sending us videos of Elsa playing ball with her and wagging her tail like she met her new best friend! Our minds were definitely at ease after meeting Erin. She is absolutely fantastic and updated us on everything including her work schedule hours etc. If we could give Erin 100 out of 10 stars, we surely would!! Thank you Erin

While I do not offer boarding, I try to make sure every pet is comfortable with me being in their home; even if that means a few extra visits before the real booking! As for the clients home, I respect the home itself as well as privacy within it. I’ve worked in the medical field, I apply to same idea to my own clients privacy.
Information Erin H. would like to know about your pet
No breed preferences! Though I am biased about my love for German Shepherds & Chows, as I grew up with a few. But I would love to know about the dog's temperament and any triggers he/she may have. I have worked with many rescues who cannot be around certain people or things. Tall people, water bottles, jump ropes.. Every dog is different and I will go out of my way to help your dog, no matter what they need to feel safe!
A typical day
If your dog loves to swim and/or is good with dogs, give me a heads up! There’s a number of local spots I take my dog to play and swim. If you think your dog would love a river day, we can talk details!

Availability
I am currently working remotely no more than 20 hours weekly, so my schedule is open & extremely flexible. For all intensive purposes, dog sitting and walking is my full time priority right now. And I am willing to work with clients with scheduling what works best for them!
