I have been an active volunteer at a local dog shelter for over 2 years. As a volunteer I walk dogs, groom dogs, clean kennels, and support offsite events. I have taken a Dogs 101 class through my local shelter. I have lots of experience with many different sizes and breeds of dogs. I hope to fulfill the needs of each dog I meet whether that be to go for a run or simply just cuddling! Growing up I always had a dog, cat, turtle, lizard or fish to care for. I currently have a 3 year old golden retriever and have been caring for 2 large breed dogs. I have been actively supporting animal rights for nearly 4 years by livinging a cruelty free lifestyle. I am comfortable giving medication, feeding, grooming, playing, walking, and even picking up poop!
