Erin did a great job taking care of Smokey while we were out of town for a four-day stint. We found ourselves in a bit of a bind identifying a dog sitter on short notice, and Erin responded almost instantly to our inquiry and made a home visit later that evening to meet Smokey and familiarize herself with our house. From the instant that Erin entered our home it was clear that she is a dog person, and Smokey took an immediate liking to her. We don't have a lot of complicated care instructions, but Erin was thorough in making sure she had all the necessary information for feeding and outside time. During our time away, Erin sent at least one daily update and picture, and when we decided to cut our trip short by one evening, Erin was flexible and adjusted the charge for her stay to reflect the change in plans. We have used kennels and a variety of dog sitters to care for Smokey when he can't accompany us on trips, and leaving our dog with someone like Erin provides peace of mind that Smokey will be happy and well cared for in his own home while we are away. We will definitely use Erin again in the future and would recommend her to anyone seeking high quality dog care.
