Pet care experience
Growing up my family had a small dog that I was the primary care taker of for many years. My husband and I have our own 50 pound ball of loving energy named Dragón (he is a pitbul). I have gone to many dog training classes over the last few years so I am confident I can keep your dog happy and busy (tired) while he or she is under my care. I am happy to go for runs, sniffs in the park, socializing at the dog park or just snuggle on the couch if that is what your pup is up for. I am a preschool teacher so I have the summer off to devote to helping out with other people's fur babies until school starts back up in September.
Reviews
Erin watched our 14-year-old Labrador recently when we were out of town for a week, and she couldn't have been nicer or more responsible. Our dog has some medical issues, so Erin dispensed his medicine and took care of him as if he were her own pet. She stayed in our house overnight and was the perfect guest. I'd swear that the house looked neater when we got home than when we'd left it. To be honest with you, we were nervous about hiring an overnight dog sitter because we'd always had our Lab stay with friends. But Erin made us feel comfortable. She has a laid-back personality that's ideal for the job and is a preschool teacher, too, which means she has patience. Of course, she didn't need patience with our dog, because he's a sweet, old guy -- she needed patience with us because we were so nervous to leave him! While we were gone, Erin sent photos to us of our dog looking happy, which made us super happy. I can recommend Erin 100 percent, without reservation. She is a kind, trustworthy person and we'd hire her again.
