I reached out to Erin to watch my two Giant Schnauzer boys (ages 3 and 1) a few weeks before the stay as I had a scheduled surgery coming up. She was very responsive via text and was able to take the reservation. Since the plan was for my dogs to stay with her at her place I wanted to meet her and see her house, neighborhood and status of the fenced back yard. She was very gracious about it and we made plans to meet. Erin is a very sweet, pleasant young woman and I knew my boys would be in good hands. When the day arrived, as arranged, she came to my home to pick up the dogs and everything went well. Every day she contacted me via text and sent photos of my boys to show how well they were doing. As much as I fear to share this information lest she become so popular I can’t ever get the chance to book her again, I found Erin to be extremely reliable and super pleasant to deal with. She even brought my boys home to me upon my return. I cannot speak highly enough about how truly awesome Erin was to work with and award her 5 of 5 stars for truly excellent service!!
