Pet care experience
I have had dogs since I was 6 years old, I currently have an American Bulldog (Pepper) and a German Shepard mix (Basil). I personally trained both my dogs, including potty training, basic commands, and walking on a leash. I worked as a dog washer when I was 16 at Dog N' Scrubs in Glen Ellyn, and I continue to dog sit for family and friends!

Erin is a very responsible young adult who loves dogs! She has had dogs in her family her entire life and has always been the most attentive person in the family towards them. She is very active and walks her dogs routinely so knows how to effectively control them (multiple dogs) while on leash. Erin will be graduating this December from Elmhurst University with her bachelor's degree in psychology and starting her masters degree in sports psychology in the following fall. She has routinely dog sits our friends dogs and has her own car so is very well suited to become a dog sitter for Rover.
For years my family and I have used Erin to watch our dogs while we are away. She did an amazing job especially with my dog Grady, who unfortunately had Lyme's disease. She was amazing in helping him around considering he was a 170 lbs Tibetan Mastiff. Even with it being hard to get Grady up/down the stairs, to eat, and other hurdles she managed them with caution and care. If you decided to use Erin as a dog watcher/walker you will not be displeased.

I personally have a fenced in yard and love sitting outside with my dogs as they're playing, so I am more than happy to let your dog(s) out and play with them! I also walk my dogs regularly and am very comfortable taking two dogs out walking at once if need be!

Let me know if your dog needs any specific medications and at what time, if they have specific allergies so I am aware and can be cautious of that, as well as if they are able to socialize with other dogs. This is especially important for walks in case another dog happens to pass us!
A typical day
I love playing with dogs and what we do depends on the dog! Some love playing fetch and just want to run and if thats the case I am more than happy to do so, others enjoy more one on one interaction like tug of war etc. On walks I take my own dogs to various parks and just let them sniff out new places!

I am currently working towards finishing my bachelors degree and am taking an online summer class, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your dogs and walk them as needed!
