Pet care experience
I’ve cared for animals of all kinds growing up on a farm. Now that I’m in vet school I want to make it my profession! I worked several years at an animal shelter which gave me experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. This included handling special needs animals, administering meds, and working with behavioral challenges. I currently work at a nearby clinic which helps me practice skills and allows me to learn from experienced veterinarians.

Our cats are not low maintenance - they are seniors who are emotionally needy and one has diabetes that requires injected insulin 2x daily. I’m so grateful we found Erin! She is well organized, timely (even for those 5:30 AM visits), and VERY conscientious and capable when it comes to cat care.
Erin has taken care of our family’s cats and rabbits in the past and has always done a fantastic job! She is so good with all of our pets, and is always so kind. I would trust her with them any time, and sometimes I think they like her more than us 😂
Erin is a Vet Student at our Veterinary Clinic and I can't say enough good things about her! Erin is incredibly responsible and dedicated to doing the best job she can provide. I can easily visit your pets several times a day if needed, and am available for multiple walks. If our pets seem to be a good match, I’ll bring my dog along for a walking buddy!

Let me know if you’re pet has any special needs, behavioral or medical, that I should be aware of. I would also like to know you’re method of handling your pet, especially if you have difficulty giving medications. I prefer to do things a similar way to prevent an extra stress on your pet.
A typical day
My favorite activity is going for “snif-faris” on a hike, where we can take our time and really explore all the good smells the woods have to offer!

I am currently working part time, and am usually most available in the afternoon to walk and care for pets. However I will be free during multiple times during any given day to check in!
