Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets my whole life, and have been taught to love and respect animals from a very young age. I have been taking care of my own pets for 10+ years, and I was an active volunteer at our animal shelter in high school. I have cared for up to 6 cats and up to 3 dogs (ranging from 6 pounds to 90 pounds) at once, as well as 1 mama dog and her 3 pups! I have also fostered dogs, puppies, and cats, and helped transport animals in NC to get them to no kill shelters. I truly love to care for and be around all animals. I have experience walking and playing with dogs, cleaning crates and cages, cleaning litter boxes, administering eye and ear drops for both cats and dogs, brushing cats and dogs, bathing dogs, removing ticks, and feeding cats on a diet. I am a full time young professional who will happily work around my schedule. I am currently renting a home that does not allow pets so please allow me to come love and care for yours!

I can easily crate a dog if preferred or if I have a feeling that there may be a flight risk. I know that some dogs and cats need time to open up to new people, so I intend to give your pet the proper space and time to get used to me. I want their routine to be as normal as possible, so I like to know the ins and outs of their typical day!

I would like to know their likes/dislikes, their eating habits/preferences, what the owner allows them to do, how you reprimand them (if at all), if they are obedience and/or potty trained, how often they get fed, how often they go out, how often they get walked, if they are good in the car, if they have any allergies/medications, if they are allowed on furniture, etc. I want to know everything about your dog in order for him/her to have the best experience with me! No detail about your pet is too small or unimportant. I want you to trust that your pet is being taken care of the way you want him to!
A typical day
I love to play fetch and run around with dogs! I am also more than willing to take dogs to a local dog park for added fun. I love to cuddle both cats and dogs, and I enjoy brushing and bathing them.

Availability
I have breaks throughout the day to check in on your pet and/or take them for walks. I also have more time on the weekends to pet/house sit. I am extremely used to keeping my furry friends in mind when going about my day and making sure their needs are attended to before my own.
