As always. Such a good job!

We were very displeased with Erika! She was supposed to stay at our house and watch our dogs for 9 days. By the 3rd day, we asked her to leave. Luckily we have an alarm system with cameras that shows when our doors are opened and when the alarm is set. She only stayed at our house the first night. On the second night, she left my dogs alone and without a bathroom break for 12 hours and on the 3rd night she did not return to our house to let my dogs outside to use the bathroom for over 16 hours!!! One of them was in a dog pen that entire time! After multiple attempts to contact her, she texted me that her alarm didn't go off. This was unacceptable and I asked her to leave. She left my house with dried pee stains on the floor, my dog with a wet blanket in her pen and hardly any water in their bowls, not to mention the complete disregard and neglect of our dogs. Luckily my mom was in town to take over, otherwise, we would have been out of the state without anyone to take care of our dogs. I would never recommend Erika to anyone!
