I take pride in my work ethic, and my goal is to DELIVER 💯 for every walk, adventure, check in! ✉️ I initially got involved with Rover for the love of all things pets, which is also what’s kept me around and providing services since May 2019. My commitment is to treat your pet as if they were my own and give them the care and snuggles they deserve! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ WALKING CLIENTS ONLY Over my years of providing quality care for pets, I’ve found it necessary to stand by a weather policy in order to keep your pup safe. Because, like the mailman, I want to deliver your best friend back to you in perfect (although sometimes soggy) condition! Please see below for weather conditions that will prompt a cancellation in your service or a switch to check in. In situations where owners are home during the time of service, the following situations will prompt a cancellation, unless discussed otherwise. In situations where owners are away at the time of service, the following scenarios will cause a switch to basic check in. In these cases, we will still go out for a quick potty break before sheltering back inside! You will not be charged for a cancellation due to any of these severe weather conditions, unless specified otherwise: ⚡️ If we have already started the service and there is lightning in the area, I will bring your pup back as soon as possible. In cases where owner is home, if the duration of the walk has been less than 15 minutes total, I will issue a refund. In cases where the owner is not available, I will finish the service under the terms of a check in. 💨 If the wind chill or actual temperature is below 0 degrees F a half hour before I leave for your service, this will result in a cancellation and refund, or an adjustment to a check in. ❄️ Snow storms will be a case by case basis determined by the location of your service and road conditions. My goal is to always perform the service rather than cancel, and I will do my best to uphold that standard. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ I work a regular, 8-5 job in corporate America. My availability and proximity to your location of service will depend on the day of the week. During weekdays, my availability to preform care for your pets is limited to lunchtime (anywhere between 11-3) and after 5pm. During weekends, my availability is expended to all times of the day. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Do you know what I dislike more than playing host? A houseguest that isn’t as relentlessly tidy as I am. I will ALWAYS leave your home in the same or better condition than I found it. Based on past clients, that means anything from cleaning up your pet’s accidents, closing left open windows or blowing out forgotten candles (yes, it’s happened!). I will also double, if not triple check that I’ve secured your home properly before I leave, because I would want someone to do the same for me! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Nobody likes to talk about it, but discipline is important! I reserve the right to discipline your pet when there is a substantial risk posed to themselves or others. Behaviors triggering disciplinary action may include barking aggressively at others, lunging/ jumping, or eating something outside their dietary restrictions. I will always let you know if I see/ discipline concerning behavior! I stand by my judgement and can ensure your pets safety is my top priority!
