Pet care experience
After getting married in December, my husband and I moved from Kansas City to Long Island to be closer to his family. Growing up in Peru, I always had dogs but when we were living in Kansas City we always found it easier to watch other people's dogs instead of having our own. It wasn't until we bought our house in Bellmore that we got a dog of our own, a yorkie/shih tzu/maltese mix named KC. We live in a split-level house in a residential area with a medium-size fenced-in backyard. There is a fantastic dog park just five minutes from our house that we regularly go to with our dog. My husband and I both love dogs and we know we would make a great doggy vacation home for your pets.

Erika and her Huband were a wonderful hosts for both of our dogs. They took them to a park around the corner twice a day. They sent us photos a few times a day. It was so comforting to see our dogs adjusting well in their home.
Booked Erika last minute and she was great! My dog had a wonderful stay and Erika sent text and picture updates regularly. Her boyfriend was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely be requesting them again in the future!
Erika (and her fiance) treated our two dogs with nothing but kindness and love. She sent daily photos of our boys and when she had a question about one of them, she called us for information and instruction. We wouldn't hesitate to use Erika again!
We were quite pleased with our experience with Erika - she was easy to communicate with and obviously loves dogs. We went for a meet-and-greet before leaving the dogs, and that was a comforting experience. We received a few communications and photos while we were away, and both dogs seemed very content there when we picked them up.
