Pet care experience
I have many years experience caring for dogs (and many other animals including exotic pets!) of all sizes and breeds. I currently have a sweet and spunky 1.5 y/o Australian Cattle Dog mix named Finn who keeps me active and is my adventure buddy! As a very active person myself I am eager to give thorough exercise and playtime for your pet! A visit isn’t complete without some quality snuggles either, which I personally can’t get enough of... I am also happy to feed and water them during my visits as well. I have a lot of experience with elderly, blind, and deaf pets as well. If your pet needs medication I would be willing to administer that as well, so long as he or she is well receiving of them!

Erika was so wonderful with my pup, Roxie! She was professional, caring, responsive, and communicative while Roxie was being boarded at home with her. She's such a sweet and caring person, and Roxie loved her time with Erika. I came back to a cleaner and tidier home than I left. It was THE BEST feeling. I would highly recommend using Erika to watch, walk, or board your dog. She's a consummate professional with a love for animals that gives you a peace of mind when you're away from home.
Having grown up with dogs all of her life, Erika has a knack for quickly getting to know an individual dog’s personality and the kind of interaction they want and need to feel at ease. Our dog absolutely adores her, and she is sure to get quality cuddle time with him every chance she gets. Expect lots of love and fun for your dog when she’s scheduled for a visit!
Erika is extremely reliable as a friend and a pet sitter/walker. My dog Oliver does not like a lot of people but he is obsessed with her. She is very gentle and has a lot of patience. You pet would be lucky to have her as their walker.

At home I have a fenced in yard, but I always check to make sure my gate is closed before I let my own dog or anyone else’s dog out. You never know, and I do NOT cut corners with pet safety!!!! I apply this attitude to everything including not introducing your pet to other animals or children on walks. I also don’t let strangers pet your animal!
