TL;DR - Erika is a great house/dog sitter! You should book her immediately! Erika did a wonderful job taking care of my house and my fur-kids while I was away on a trip. One of my dogs isn't well socialized and has abandonment issues, so I prefer to have someone care for the pups at home. Erika was available and willing, and I can't say enough good things about having her as a sitter. I found Erika using the Rover.com search, which let me look for someone to house & dog sit at the time I would be away. We traded a few messages, set up a meet & greet, after which I booked the appointment. From the start, Erika was great. She has a warm and friendly personality. She is a registered vet tech, so she knows how to handle animals in case of emergency. But most importantly, when I saw how she interacted with my dogs I could tell that she genuinely cares about animals. She wasn't obnoxiously sweet or overbearing. She was mellow, easy going, and accepting of each of the dogs as they are. One important measure I use to gauge a sitter is how hyper the pups are when I get home. They were glad to see me, but they weren't climbing out of their skins when they first saw me. That means they got the attention and care they needed while I was away. Even the shy one with the abandonment issues. I will gladly use Erika to care for my pups again in the future.

Erika has been our dog-auntie forever! She doles out love AND knowledge when it comes to the 4-legged family. We trust her with our furbabes completely and she's always come through aces! Highly recommend!!!
