We were very nervous to use this for the first time and unfortunately everything we were worried about is what came to be. We were overall not thrilled with what went on while we were out of town. We were told our sitter was going to bring his fixed female dog. (We have an unfixed male & female) he brought the fixed female and another unfixed male that he never even mentioned to us. We only found this out because my mother in law stopped by. When we got home there was dog pee and poop all over my garage that we had to scrape off of the floor with a shovel. We put the dogs in there for a minute after they come in from outside to clean their paws off but they were clearly locked in there for awhile. One of my kids build a bears got chewed up by one of the dogs. Which i don’t understand how because the dogs are not allowed in the play room where the toys are except to walk to the door. Our dogs leash is missing and was replaced with one that clearly is not his. I have ALOT of candles from bath and body works and every one was pretty much burnt all the way to the bottom when we got home. A couple picture frames were broken (which he did text us and tell us the cat knocked these down). We just did not have a good experience and probably will never use this site again as we can not trust a stranger to take care of our things.
