Hi!!! We are Chris and Erik. We both are very excited about starting to pet sit and would love to take an opportunity to share why we would make an amazing sitter for your loves ones. We both currently work at a kennel and have experience handling dogs one on one and in groups (doggy daycare). We take the care of pets very seriously and treat them with the love that we treat our own. Erik has spent his entire life around animals. He always had pets and soon my love of animals spread to even handling exotics and starting his own exotic animal breeding business. He has a wide range of experience in all sorts of pet care, reptiles, mammals, aviary and even aquatics. He is very patient and extremely loving and can't imagine a life without animals. His pets are his best friends and it clearly shows. Erik is always up for a challenge when it comes to animals. Erik works part time at a kennel. Chris has worked in a dog day care setting for 2 years. He currently works full time in a dog day care/kennel. He loves to work in the day care yard and is great at reading dog body language and managing proper pack behavior. He has a huge heart and loves to snuggle up with your adorable pup. We currently have two dogs, two cats, 2 prairie dogs and a flock of chickens. We have part of the yard fenced in with chicken wire dug 18 inches deep. We are currently placing flat rock to prevent any digging behavior and ensure no risk of escapes so we can install a doggy door. We are also currently working on an additional fence in the back of the house so the dogs have more room to run and play. We live in a house on a hill with a good sized yard. When your pet stays with us, we will work to ensure that your pet enjoys a healthy and happy stay while you are away. Your loved one will be given top of the line care. We will communicate with you and provide updates on how your pet is doing. We are looking to build my own clientele and have my own dog day care and boarding facility where your pets will get treated with the love and care that they deserve and you should expect. We have experience and are willing to care for dogs, cats and exotics (including aquariums).
