Both my wife and I have had pets since we were kids. I put 21 years down for experience starting at the age of 18. At the moment we have two dogs, two cats and four ferrets. The ferrets have the largest room in the house all to themselves full of toys, cage, tubes and a duel tower I built to keep them more than happy. We have a decent sized, fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around in. Our cats are indoor cats only. They can be skeptical of other dogs but grow used to them quite quick. We have family that brings their dogs over at times and everyone gets along great. As for my household. My wife is a stay home mom while I work part time as a postal carrier. We have an 8 year old boy who always asks to get a new pet. Caring for a new friend is perfect for this family.
