Pet care experience
I've been taking care of animals (cats and dogs) literally for decades. Dogs that I've had range in size from small terriers to German-Shepherds. I would love to take your pups for a walk or watch them while you're away. I'm only working part-time from home at the moment, so I have a pretty open schedule. Just let me know what you need and when you need it, and I'll be able to take care of your pet's needs. Since I currently have four cats, I'm not able to board any animals. But if you need someone to watch your pets at your place, or to check in on your animals while you are away, I'm more than able to do that.

We had the pleasure of meeting Erik today for a 60-minute walk with our 2 year old, high energy mini bernedoodle. Our pup is super friendly, but she can be a bit anxious when embarking on an adventure with someone other than my husband or me. She took to Erik right away, and after 15 minutes of hanging out with all of us, she and Erik left for their walk and she didn't even look back to see if mom and dad were joining. 😂 The big grin on her fluffy little face upon their return indicated that she had a great time and felt at ease with him. We're looking forward to working with Erik again in the future!
Erik was fantastic yet again! He sent great pictures of the pups, and we knew they were well taken care of. Highly recommend!

A typical day
I love taking dogs out for long walks, playtime, fetch (Logan Square has a pretty nice dog-park). The area is full of all kinds of interesting smells and fun places to explore. While walking I tend to let the dog 'walk me'. They know what they want.

Rover is my full-time job. I'm extremely flexible and if my current availability doesn't work for you and if you're willing to work with me I'm sure we can find a time that will work in order to give your furry ones the care they need.
