Erica has been taking care of our pups, 2 dogs -- one very high energy sport dog, the other is more of a stay put and snuggle type-- for over 2 years. She is exceptionally responsive. She always immediately lets me know her availability and works with me to make sure we set up a schedule that meets our needs. She communicates regularly during the time she is looking after our dogs. I never have to ask how a walk or feeding went because she texts me and typically includes photos of our dogs so we can see how they are doing. My kids love that she does that. Most importantly, our dogs lose their minds with joy whenever she comes to the door. I think that is the best indicator of how well cared for they are by her. She is responsible, mature, communicative and a very kind/good person. We feel really lucky to have found her.

Erica has taken great (over and beyond) care of all of our pets (dogs, cats and chickens) when we went away for several days on many occasions . We felt at ease when we are away knowing all of our pets were in the best care. Two thumbs, paws & claws up!
