Some tips for clients: Feel free to give me as many details and requests as you'd like. -Housesitting: I live in the Outer Richmond and I have a nanny job 30 hours a week in Cole Valley. As I don’t have a car, this works best if you’re near Cole Valley for weekday overnights. My fee includes potty breaks as necessary and at least one 30 minute walk per day during the hours I’m scheduled to be at your home. I am happy to come by for a midday visit for an additional fee, schedule permitting. I'm flexible and happy to accommodate your pet's needs. -Key drops: lock boxes are great and you're welcome to deliver the keys to me, I charge $10 to come by to pick up the keys if it's after your free meet and greet. -Rates: -Rover will often double the rate for extra cats for sitting or extra dogs for walks, I will go in and reduce that. - Remember that 20% of what you pay goes to Rover to cover insurance, marketing, apps etc. I am very happy with this arrangement. - Tips: They are greatly appreciated, as are reviews!
