Pet care experience
I have cared for dogs on Rover for a few years but I am not new to loving and taking care of pets. My mother runs her own dog sitting and training business in Oregon and I've been by her side helping out since I was a child. I have helped administer medication, have a handful of training up my sleeve, have hours upon hours of walking experience, and I know best practices to keep your dog safe, healthy, and having fun. I like to reward dogs for doing well and I am a proponent of positive reinforcement. I have a dog of my own, a 9 year old corgi named Kramer and I am very excited to take care of yours. I have had a golden retriever in my past, and have a soft spot for extra large dog breeds. Feel free to ask me any questions!

Erica was wonderful! She took on our pups (who are both a little sensitive and reactive) for a long weekend. We could tell they were both so well loved and taken care of. It was nice having peace of mind and we will definitely be booking her again for our next trip!
Erica took amazing care of our pup and our home while we were traveling for a week! She was communicative throughout, sent pics and updates daily, and we were thrilled to have her pup Kramer over for a day during the stay (he’s the cutest!). We had a few minor things come up with our dog’s separation anxiety while we were gone and Erica expertly handled it with patience and kindness. We returned to a very happy boy and look forward to booking with Erica again soon!
Erica took great care of my cat over the holidays, and sent me pics/updates every day! She is super kind and thorough— I felt comfortable leaving my baby in her care. :)
Erica is dependable and really makes an effort to make sure the dogs are at ease. I felt that both of my dogs were safe and sound under her care

I love this questionnaire, it really helps me get to know your dog better. The more you tell me about your pup, the more I'll be able to cater to them! - Who's your primary vet and their contact info? - Are all shots/vaccinations/flea meds updated? - Are they spayed/neutered? - Are your pets potty trained/house trained? - Do they excitement pee or submissive pee? - Are they friendly to people and other dogs? - Do they have any special needs? - Where do they like to sleep? - Do they have separation anxiety or bark excessively? - How do they behave on walks? - Do they know any tricks/commands? - Are they prone to escaping/jumping fences/running away? - Anything else we should know about them?
A typical day
We can go on walks around the Silverlake Reservoir, maybe take a hike in griffith park, soak up the sun in my front yard, or play inside!
