Pet care experience
I am an avid dog lover who has been dog sitting for over 15 years now. I also worked with dogs professionally at a boarding, daycare, rescue, and training facility called The Tail Haven, where I gained a great deal of experience in caring for dogs. I am a dog owner as well, with a 7 year old Min Pin mix who I can't imagine life without. I have ample experience in caring for multiple dogs at a time, as well as dogs of all different ages and with differing medical needs. I have worked with many different breeds and sizes and have a good understanding of dog behavior and temperaments. I love and respect animals and I will always treat your pets as if they were my own!

Best experience! Erica is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my fur babies. She cared for Lucy, Teddy and Bruno and kept me updated every step of the way. I usually leave them with family so I was a bit nervous and also Bruno is new to our pack but she was very reassuring and we can’t wait to have her sit again!
We have used Erica 3 times for our dogs that have some separation anxiety issues. She makes them feel so comfortable when we are away. She also makes us feel stress free when staying in our home with them while we are gone. Highly recommend!
Erica is awesome! Our dogs take a bit to warm up and they loved her. She made us so comfortable when staying in our home.
This is the first time we left our 2 pups with someone other than family. Erica made us feel comfortable the first moment we met her. Our dogs don’t warm up to everyone quickly but they were perfectly fine with her right away. The dogs had a great weekend and so did we without having the stress of making sure they were okay! Erica is highly recommended and we will use her services again!

I would like to know the dog's temperament, especially if they are good off leash, if they are a resource guarder, or if they are friendly with other dogs. I do not have any breed preferences, I love them all!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on hikes (on or off leash, depending on the dog) to all different places including regional parks, trails, and beaches. I love throwing balls and toys for pets, giving lots of scratches and rubs, and treats!

I currently work full-time but mostly from home right now. I'm able to hang out with the pets during the pets during the day and provide breaks on average every 2-6 hours.
