Pet care experience
I have owned dogs for 20 years. I grew up with a rescued cockapoo who is now 19 years old! During the pandemic, I got another puppy who loves to have friends visit. I have a lot of experience caring for my own dog as well as others in my neighborhood and amongst my family members. Currently, I have a wide availability to walk or care for other dogs since I work from home. I am very knowledgeable on dog breeds thus I will care for your dog thoughtfully. I am a very physically active individual. I take walks daily so i’m happy to bring your dog(s) along with me. I’d love to help you care for your dog while you continue with your busy schedule. I have one 2 year old dog who is treated like a king! He is quite small so I do ask that you can confirm your dog is friendly with small dogs prior to booking. We go on atleast one 30 minute walk per day + multiple short walks for potty breaks. I’m very active, so I’m happy to meet your dogs activity needs as requested.

It’s important that your dog gets along with small dogs and is friendly with new people in the home. I’d like to know any behavior issues your dog may have prior to walking them or having them visit.
A typical day
We have a trail that leads to the GW Parkway bike & walking path. We love taking dogs on walks near the water in that area. We have puzzle toys, kongs, many many toys and a back deck for the dogs to relax on outside.

I’m currently working from home full-time with an occasional in-person meeting. I’m available for mid morning or lunch walks, after work visits, & most weekends.
