Pet care experience
Some of the best beings I've ever known have been dogs. I've had the pleasure to be a caretaker for many cats, some of which were feral. I've also been "mom" to an adopted Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chihuahua and Pomeranian. My beautiful Great Dane was epileptic and needed special care and attention. I have lived with and loved previously abused dogs. I'd describe myself as calm, gentle and willing to work with a pup who might be scared or timid. I want to take care of your pet(s), the way you would if you were there. You enjoy your time away and know that they will be in great hands. Amazingly attentive and communicative!
Erica is a Rover BOSS!! So very professional, attentive, inquisitive, caring, and passionate. She came to our Meet & Greet ready to learn and to ask questions, clipboard and all. I knew I was leaving my furbaby in good hands by the end of it. Over the weekend, she took great photos, took extra good care of Mr. Mike, and left an oh-so-cute note/report card about her time with him. I highly recommend! Especially for any first-timers who may be nervous about trusting your furry family member to someone else - Erica is so good at this, Rover should really just hire her to train future Rover sitter/walkers :)
It was a pleasure having Erica watch out cat when we went out of town. She is quick to respond, very thorough, and took wonderful care of Knuckles. When she stopped by to do a meet and greet she took extensive notes, asked all the right questions, and even got Knuckles out to say hello-he's usually very shy of strangers! While we were gone he was very well cared for and her report cards detailed. We came home to a happy, healthy kitty. We'll book her again for our future trips!

If your pet needs a cart for walks, I've got it. If you want your pet to have ice in their water, I've got it. If it is important to your pet, it is important to me. The comfort of you and your animal family is what I care most about.
A typical day
I will do whatever your pet likes doing. I've cared for dogs who need two laps around Greenlake and dogs who would rather stop and sniff every single blade of grass on the block :) I've also had dogs who would rather spend our time in the car, with their head out the window. You tell me what is going to make your pets feel safe and happy....and that is what we will do!
