I am 30 years old and I have owned dogs all my life! I have owned and taken care of all types of breeds including Rottweilers, Chihuahuas, Toys/Minis (Poodles, Terriers), Dachshunds, Pitbulls, Cocker Spaniels, Terriers, Papillons, Old English, Bull Mastiffs, American Bull Dogs and many more! Since moving to Los Angeles 6 years ago, my husband and I have very much enjoyed sitting for over 100 dogs with Rover! We are both very friendly, loving and caring people who sincerely love animals. I am a Freelance Marketing Professional and I work from home throughout the week. My husband and I are typically both home in the evenings and when pet-sitting, I never leave for the entire night. I am a morning person, usually up around 7 am so early walks and feedings are not a problem. We love to stay at home and watch movies and binge Netflix! Our home is usually very quiet and relaxed, we love to lay on the couch with a great book or movie and hang with the dogs! We keep a full stock of great treats and a ton of toys and soft pillows/blankets to lay on. My small dog, Shabazz, is great with sharing and loves playing and running around with his guest doggies! However, if our guest dogs are afraid, Shabazz is a good listener and will keep his distance so they are comfortable. We prefer to sit for small to medium size dogs who are leash trained, potty trained and get along well with other dogs and humans. Please let me know your drop off and pick up times when requesting! =) Doggie Day Care Hours: Drop Off 7-9am, Pick Up 4-6pm (after 6pm = Overnight Price) Doggie Boarding Hours: Up to 24 hours

Erica took wonderful care of Miyagi again! I’m especially grateful since he’s recovering and needed someone to watch him while I was at work. I didn’t have to worry at all since he was in such good hands! 🥰
I am so glad we chose Erica to take care of Kitkat over the weekend. My dog definitely got spoiled in her stay with Erica! One of the best rover sitter we've ever had and will continue to use :) Easy communication and picture updates all throughout the day. We are so lucky we found her!

Since I have my own puppy living at home, I'd love to sit a dog who is comfortable around other animals and not aggressive towards other dogs or humans. I live in an apartment so it's a huge benefit if the dog is trained to let me know when they have to go to the bathroom and I can take him/her outside at anytime. Small to medium size breeds are preferred. Shedding is not a problem - I have mostly wood floors so it's easy to clean up! Must be able to walk well on a leash and listen to basic commands. My apartment, unfortunately, has thin walls so I do not accept dogs that bark loudly, especially pups that bark a lot when we leave for short periods of time.
A typical day
I live 4 blocks from Playa del Rey beach and enjoy taking long walks around the neighborhood, on the beach path and into Marina del Rey. I also live very close by to the Playa Vista and El Segundo dog park. My neighborhood has many friendly dogs and a park down the street for some sunbathing and running! I have a ton of toys in the house and we love to play fetch and encourage Shabazz (our dog) to play with our guest dogs if they are comfortable.
