Came home to a house with 4 areas of poop, one in the master bath carpet was at least a day old. It was 2am and after a wonderful vacation spent the next hour cleaning. It was incredibly disappointing because we asked if my mom or a neighbor should come over to help. The next day I spent cleaning the house from top to bottom, it was dirty and found more areas accidents happened but not quite cleaned up. Neighbor informed us he was told she was staying at her boyfriends overnight and not here as requested. I hesitated to post this review but with the time money spent on cleaning, the stories from our neighbors, plus Raven was incredibly anxious a week after, I wanted to make sure you ask all the questions. Senior Dogs require care like puppies do, lots.of potty breaks and have a sitter there with them. This has never happened to us in 5 years of using Rover.
