Lets have a "Paw-some" adventure!
Pet care experience
I would consider myself to be a super creative and playful person. I love to mix things up and find new ways to make someone laugh. I always like to do a meet-and-greet for first-time clients. I first allow your pet to come to me and take their time to get to know me because I wouldn't want to make them uncomfortable or scared by approaching them too quickly. I'm very gentle and patient when it comes to animals. I find that playing with their favorite toys helps them get comfortable faster. A meet-and-greet is also a great opportunity for me to find out more about their pet(s) and how I can spoil them. During a stay, I'll always respond in a reasonable and timely manner. I will be on time to take care of your pup and always check in with you as often as you need. I’m always happy to send text and picture messages that show off how much fun we’re having together! I know how difficult it can be to be away from your pup/kitty, so I’m here to make that time a bit easier. I've been living in Manhattan for 10 years now and I know these streets like the back of my hand! I love exploring the city and getting to know all the fun places to take pooches. It’s so much fun getting to spend time with them and discover new thing together! I look forward to meeting and spending quality time with your furry friend! Dog sitting and dog walking is currently my full-time job! Your pet will have my full attention. If I do need to leave, it would be to grab lunch or some coffee. I strictly follow your notes and directions catered for your pet(s). If I have any additional questions I'll always shoot you a message. I spend most of the day playing, cuddling, and hanging out with your furry friend! I strongly believe keeping a line of communication open will be beneficial. I'll always make sure to send you pics and vids throughout the day and keep you updated.

Erica was great! Very responsive to my questions, came over to meet my dog before she dog-sat, and my dog was happy and healthy when I got home!
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Erica. If you need a sitter for your pet, Erica is the person to trust, 100%. She helped us out when we were in a bind, leaving the country and needing a last minute sitter. Our dog can be pretty reactive but immediately warmed up to Erica with how sweet she was with him. She took the time to get to know him and his quirks and make him as comfortable as possible. She communicated so well with us as well, sending lots of updates with pictures and videos, was super receptive to everything we told her about our dog and his needs and was just overall very kind. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our dog with someone and with Erica we were 100% at ease. She left our home super clean as well, probably even better than how we left it. Thank you, Erica!
Erica did a fantastic job watching our dog Mia! This was our first time working with Erica and she stayed in our apartment with Mia for a week. We were extremely comfortable the entire time as Erica gave us updates throughout each day and plenty of pics and videos. Erica also left our apartment extremely clean. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Erica again!
We were so happy to have Erica stay with us again and watch Tina. She is so good with her and patient as she warms up to being with someone new. We got lots of photos and content and felt we knew exactly what was happening. I could not recommend Erica more highly!!

Information Erica B. would like to know about your pet
Some things I like to learn ahead of time: - Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? - What’s your preferred method of communication? - Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? - Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? - Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? - What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? - What’s the best way to spoil your pup?
A typical day
In the mornings, we’d head out for a 30-to-60-minute walk to set the tone of the day right before having breakfast. In the afternoon, we’d spend our time exploring around, playing together, and going for some more walks. In the evenings, we’d go out for another walk, maybe a light jog to end the day out well. When we return to the house, I'd make sure we got some dinner before cuddles and bedtime. If we’re in a mood to get outside and explore, I would take your pupperoni to parks like Washington Square, Union Square and (of course) Central Park. I love going for walks in my spare time because that is when I meditate, and I'd love to bring your pooch along!

Dog sitting is currently my full-time job so your pet(s) will have all of my attention! Sometime's I'll have another dog to walk near but I will be transparent if that's ever the case. Other than that, your pet(s) will be my top priority!
