I am currently a zoology major at Weber State University. As a lab assistant for the university, I get to care for all of the animals on campus including a captive woodrat colony! I have had birds, reptiles, and mammals as pets since I was 10 years old. I love spending time with animals and am studying to work with animals for my career. The countless positions I have had taking care of pets for their owner’s vacations, workdays, or even just a date night has given me the experience I need to ensure that the animals I care for will have the best conditions available. I am studying at Weber State University and because I have mostly online classes there is a lot of flexibility in my schedule when it comes to providing pet care. All of my evenings and weekends are generally free and can easily be reserved for the care of your beloved fur baby! I am happy to accommodate for specific needs depending on the situation and type of care you are looking for. I have had many experiences with housesitting in the past that involved many different types of pets. I can stay overnight at your home if you would prefer or can visit periodically for drop-ins instead. Depending on what kind of care you would like, I can also spend my time there during the day as well to help them feel safe and loved while you are away. I am happy to care for any cats or caged pet at my home in South Ogden. My apartment is clean, safe, and provides a lot of nice places for your pet to relax or explore! My roommate is also a zoology major and instantly falls in love with any animal she encounters, so you can be sure that there will be plenty of attention and love for your baby.
