Senior dog boarding/All Dog walks!
Pet care experience
I'm a sucker for animals and proud of it! I've been a pet parent for over 25 years, with multiple dogs and cats. My current little man is a 17 year old Jack Russel Terrier named Norman. He is now on the older side (I like to say he is vintage) so I have plenty of experience with medicine, eye drops, pills, liquid, you name it. He's also mostly blind and deaf, so my house is made to be friendly to him. Senior dogs more interested in sleeping/cuddling than playing will fit in well here. For more active dogs, I'll be happy to take care of them at their home! I have a government security clearance as well, so my background is clean. I would love to met your pet (and you as well) and spoil them like I do Norman!

Eric, owning a dog himself for the last 17 years, not only loves dogs but loves cats and all animals. Eric is young and energetic and will be able to keep up with your pet! I have no doubt that he will treat your pet like his own.
I have known Eric for over 15 years. He has had his own dog, Norman, for 17 years, and he takes amazing care of him. Having any pet that long is a testimony to the love and care he that he gives to Norman. I have also seen him play with a number of other dogs during our friendship, including my own. He always gets along with other dogs and will play and pet them when he meets them. My current dog loves him, and will jump all over him when he comes to our house. Aside from his love of dogs, Eric is a dependable worker who takes pride in his work. He will not flake out on a customer, and will go the extra mile for them. I would trust him with my dog any day.
Eric is so kind to all creatures. I see him take care of his own dog that is not only 17 years old but he is blind and deaf. He gives him unconditional love. He has taken care of my pup when I would go on vacation and always does a fantastic job. You would be doing yourself and your fur baby a favor by letting Eric take care of them why you are away!

I have a fully fenced yard, about 1/5 of an acre. The house has no carpet (easy mess cleanups), and very little furniture to keep it as open as possible for blind dogs.

Any dog that stays with me will need to not bother my dog. Being blind and deaf means he isn't interested in other dogs. But otherwise, I can get along with any dog! For sitting or walking dogs, I can handle everything from small to large! Active, calm, or whatever they are in the mood for. If they want to run, we'll run. If they run faster than me, I can bike. If they just like to hang out and smell the smells, that is fine with me as well!
A typical day
Dogs who stay with me should be on that calmer side. That said, we can certainly go for walks, hang out in the yard, watch tv on the couch together, and generally have a great time.

Availability
I am flexible with times and scheduling. My full time job is 100 percent remote, so I'm always home. I have no recurring commitments that keep me away, and I never leave for more than 2 hours unless I can take my dog with.
