Whispering Paws Sanctuary started out as idea to give homeless dogs at the end of their lives, a great "retirement". I want to turn it into more. My wife and I moved from Providence, RI to Coventry, RI last year in order to open our home as a temporary foster/hospice home for less-fortunate dogs. Now I've chosen to move out of the world of Public Relations and Media to fully embrace my passion. Many of the dogs we have worked with have come from very tough situations in the South. They have experienced abuse, neglect, and circumstances beyond their owner's control. Or they just simply are sick and need a place to comfortably live out the rest of their life. There is nothing better than finding a home for a dog that would be otherwise tossed aside. I grew up near my grandparent's farm and have a long and rich history of caring for and training dogs. We have a 1000+ square foot doggy day care area and a matching sized fully fenced back yard. References available!
