I live in a quiet area of Quakertown. The neighborhood is quite animal friendly. Plenty of space for dogs to find a place they prefer. I am about a ten minute walk to a local park. I do own a cat named Miss Kitty. She has been exposed to all types and sizes of dogs. After about 15 minutes of her standing her ground... she becomes quite curious with her new friends... then goes about her day. Never has she used her claws on a dog. Actually, she only takes her claws to my mattress and box spring. Kitty resides with two Leopard Geckos (nocturnal). I am an elementary school teacher by trade. For 14 years I have worked for the Boston Public Schools. Many of those years as a science teacher. I truly do have a strong affection for animals. All pets under my roof are considered family. I follow the requests of the owners. Rarely have I had to give a poor report. All pets are a reflection of their cardholders. The Neponset Pet Center is ten minutes away. The Skipton Per Center is twenty minutes. My emergency contacts are in the area and willing to drive in worst case scenario. As well, Uber and Lyft are swift to respond. Personally, I would love to have a dog of my own. I always sway towards the gentle giants. When I know I can financially support a dog as a pet.... I will adopt an Irish Wolfhound, or a Mastiff.
