Pleasure to write a review for Eric! My wife and I, family have been hring Eric for a few years now. We trust him and he has filled in seamlessly with our home and pets from the go. It's been great working with Eric. He is prompt and accessible. Our dog Dallas is in good spirits when we return and our home is as we left it, clean and together. Eric communicates well and we are comfortabble tossing him the keys. He knows the area, has property management experience, listens and is responsive to our concerns and our beloved Dallas.
Eric is fantastic, our dogs love him and we are happy to pay for the services, security and extras Eric provides. We have had him for short and extended stays as much a 15 days! He keeps our pets active, waters our plants, collects our packages and mail, does his linens at the end of his stays and is highly flexible with short notice or extending hours or days if we need more time away. Long term stays (5-30 days or more) are in my experience. Remote locations or unique situations can be accommodated.
