Hey y'all! I have a great deal of experience with dogs, including co-founding a 501(c)(3) rescue/shelter in Atlanta. More importantly, we were responsible for several hundred dogs and cats getting fixed. I was also a yard referee at the busiest daycare/boarding facility in Atlanta for 2 years, and transported/walked dogs for Lifeline Animal Project. I have experience with the great majority of dog breeds, and a way with dogs that don't usually like meeting new people. I know from working at the kennel that some dogs get traumatized in a warehouse full of barking dogs, and are always more comfortable in their home environment when you're away. This is especially true when you're leaving them with someone who can make sure they have a great time! :) I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so I make it a point to be as responsive as possible. I’ve been told that I'm attentive, detail oriented, and extremely respectful of peoples’ homes and belongings. I’m not a vet tech, but did work with one for years and have access to one 24/7 on Rover if I ever need advice.
