Pet care experience
I am a retired army veteran. I am currently in night school at West Georgia Tech for Welding. I am having a hard time finding a part time job that would work around my school hours and not make me work weekends away from my kids. I already missed enough time from them during my military years. I help people with their dogs and have kept friend's dog over night before. My wife told me about Rover and we thought it would be a great way to make money and play with some dogs!! I got my first puppy when I was 15 years old named Logan and I've been attached to dogs ever since. My wife and I have 3 dogs and two kids. Our dogs are medium size to large and they are friendly with other dogs. They enjoy a large backyard with a 6ft fence (One of our dogs is a jumper so we needed a tall fence) to run around and get their energy out. They usually lay on our bed or inside their kennel on their dog bed. Depends on their liking at that moment. They are spoiled by all meaning of the word. :) In this home dogs are treated like family, not like a pet.

Eric and his family take care of my dog every time we go out of town. We like to call it Dexter's vacation because of how much fun he has at their house. The yard is a great size for the dogs to run around and is fenced in. Dexter loves playing with Eric's other dogs, who are all so sweet and friendly. They treat Dexter like one of their own, and I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone who is like us and considers their dog part of the family. You will never have to worry about whether or not your dog is safe and being well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
Eric is so good with dogs!! My fur babies run to him every time he visits. He loves on them like they are his own and you can totally tell he loves spending time with them. I would totally recommend Eric. He is loyal and so compassionate. We totally trust him with all our fur babies and know they are in the best hands with him!
I hired Eric to come twice a day and let my dog Phoebe out of her kennel and walk her and keep her company. He does an awesome job. When ever he comes Phoebe is so excited to see him. She loves the time they spend together. He is very patient and gentle with her. Eric is a dog person and you can tell by the way Phoebe lights up and her whole body wags when she see him. Phoebe is a 2 yr old Boxer with a lot of energy! It takes special people to work with animals and Eric is my hero!
Eric is devoted to his dogs and any that are left in his care. He has a wonderful fenced yard out in the country, but the dogs are only out there for potty breaks or if Eric is outside too. He is loving and generous with his four-legged family and guests. My Chester, who was a rescue, literally leaps to get into Eric’s house. Eric can be trusted to give your dog the best care possible! Four thumbs up!
