Hi there! My husband and I are animal lovers, we have a soft spot for dogs, love them all! We own a 6 year old chocolate lab (Loki) & our newest member is Sigyn (a 4 year old German Shepherd mix), both spoiled rotten! They are generally calm/sweet and have never met a dog they didn't get along with. We have a spacious shaded backyard that helps out a lot with the heat and with enough room to get some zoomies out of their system! We love to be outdoors. We like to keep dogs active, social, and spared from boredom while also keeping safety and their well being in mind. When your dog stays with us you can be assured he/she will be loved, get plenty of exercise and get a mini vacation of their own! Even though we love all dogs, our dog-sitting preferences are to take care of dogs that are dog-friendly and generally social since we like to go on outings where they're likely to interact with other dogs. We know what it's like to be away and missing your best friend and how we would want our dogs to be treated. Your dog will get at least a 30-40 min break in the morning. Evenings are spent out on walks,hikes, or swimming, depending on the weather or what is safe with the Texas heat. Both my husband and I are working from home full time and so the doggos are never alone or un-surpervised.
