This was my first time using any services via Rover app. The app itself lags a bit when comes to messaging so communication was a bit difficult at times but the service provided by Emy was great. We had a meet and greet session the evening before our scheduled walk and I was able see how my 2 fur kids liked Emy. I think that Emy did a wonderful job and both of my babies enjoyed their walk with her. Overall, I would rate Rover with 4 stars as they have room for improvement and Emu gets 5 stars for making this 1st experience so easy for us all.

How could I possibly put into words how great emy is and how much my animals love her and ME TOO! She loved my pups more than i could imagine. I'm fairly certain they like her more than me haha. Over and beyond what she needed to do is an understatement. We did a meet and greet where my animals instantly loved her, all my parents nerves were put to ease. Not to mention she was taking care of my lab with terminal cancer and my rescue, with a few bad habits, including being a master escape artist. She was able to administer medication and their special diets. She kept me up to date like 10 times a day, everytime I was thinking, i wonder what they are doing? Emy read my mind, texted me with info, pictures, videos, and did I mention she's an EXCELLENT photographer. She took them on the best walks, she remembered where all their favorite spots where. She even did special walks for my lab, making her feel #1, because she can't go to far. She kept up their hygiene like they were at a day spa, with brushes and cleaning up all their shedding around the house. I wrote her this truly ridiculously long letter, with information, it was almost a joke from me haha, she took that 5 page letter and like memorized it, no detail was too small. She took care of all household duty, which she did not need to do. In fact I came home to my home cleaner than i left it. She even washed MY sheets and made MY bed, so i wouldn't have to. I'm really going to have to step it up with my dogs to emy's level of care or they may just keep wishing she was here. She would sit on the floor with them, which is my rescues dream, she played outside on the chairs with her, as my dog likes to do her meditation thing. I think this time she wasn't just thinking she's so lucky to have a home, she was thinking how lucky she was to have Emy. The next time I leave, I'm planning my vacation around emy's schedule because I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. Like I said words don't do justice to the excellent job she did. To top it all off, I came home to 2 framed pictures of my two dogs and one of my cat too. It was the most unexpected and heart warming gift I could of ever received. We all love her like she's our family. The recommendation I give her is way past any number of stars. Just don't book her when I need her!!!!! I don't always need a house sitter, but when I do, I only use Emy
