Pet care experience
I’ve grown up pet sitting, dog walking and fostering animals! I’m a University of Georgia alumna and enjoy spending my time outdoors and trying new restaurants. I worked for Disney after college and recently moved from Charlotte, NC for work. I’m very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people and their furry friends! I believe being healthy and active is extremely important for both us and animals. I’m an avid Orange Theory goer and hiker. I love traveling abroad and experiencing thrilling activities whether that be sky diving or riding a roller coaster! Scary movies and comedies are my favorite types to watch. Overall, I’m a high energy person who feels blessed to be able to help you out with your pets! I just transferred to Rover from Wag since they don’t seem to have Wag here!

Emy was wonderful to work with!
Emy watched our 16 year old pup, Mimi, for 5 days last week and we will definitely use her again! I get a bit of anxiety before trips due to my worries about how Mimi will be cared for, and Emy put my mind at ease right away. She is very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable that she understood all of the specifics with looking after her. After dropping Mimi off, we received updates from Emy that went above and beyond making us feel comfortable with how our little furball was doing and made it clear she was living her best life. It felt like we were messaging with a friend. We even got a couple of updates that made us laugh out loud. ? When we picked Mimi up, her stuff was all packed up and ready to go and Mimi looked refreshed like she was coming home from a spa trip. Thank you Emy!!!
Emy was wonderful! I was nervous about leaving George with anyone but she made it easy and stress free. Lots of pictures and updates of him having fun through the day. Would absolutely reccomend!
Emy is so great with our pup and gives her so much attention. She was also so helpful when we had to change our plans at the last minute. We are happy we found so much a great person to watch our pup while we are away.

I live in a house in the Avenues so plenty of room to lounge around and play. My backyard is fenced in and my neighbor has a sweet, old dog that loves other animals if your dog is looking for a playmate! I’m located very close to nice walks/hikes.

If their dog is allergic to anything that isn’t already a norm. If they allow their dogs to eat treats/ human food. If their dogs are good with other animals. If they’re okay with me taking their pets on an adventure hiking. If their pets are allowed on furniture in their own home.
A typical day
After doing our daily bathroom break and eating breakfast, I like to start the morning off on a walk to get some fresh air! I enjoy playing with the dog throughout the day and taking them out to dog friendly places whether that be a restaurant or dog park (if allowed). Since I moved to Salt Lake, the hikes are a popular activity I like to do with the animals. They’re welcome to snuggle up on my couch or in bed, as long as they happy and comfortable! I’ve made homemade dog and cat treats in the past and if the owner approves will share some with their pets!

Availability
My job is 50/50 working from home and being on the road. That’s why I can’t have my own pet unfortunately. While I’m home though I have major pet fever! Helping you guys out is a great way for me to balance that out at this point in my career:)
