I booked a weekend for our pup to board at Emree's home, but it didn't work out. We agreed to drop Murphy off from 7-8am but Emree was not home and did not respond to our texts and calls. She later messaged us to apologize and tell us that she was at work and meant to tell us to leave Murphy in the fenced in backyard. I would not have felt comfortable with leaving our puppy in the fence by himself since he has separation anxiety and he is an escape artist. Thankfully, we were able to travel with our dog and found a sitter at our destination. I think that Emree would have been a good fit for us, but it all came down to communication.

Emree responded quickly to our request along with another. However, she was through and to the point. She did not let us down and sent us appropriately, pics of our animals and asked the appropriate questions, as needed, especially regarding one that had just had 5 teeth pulled the day before and needed meds. She is pleasant and dependable. We are getting ready to book her again and highly recommend her! She's on it!
