Pet care experience
I grew up taking care of a medium-sized dog from age 6-18 and have provided dog sitting services to local families for several years now. I have experience with puppies, as well! I love dogs more than almost anyone I know and enjoy the exercise and companionship that they bring. I’m happy to adjust my care style for your pup and implement any behavioral training you already have in place. The more information you share with me about your pup the better! I look forward to hearing from you very soon :) Note: My home currently houses 3 cats and 1 small, spayed female dog who are all dog-friendly. I can only take care of cats in another home as introducing a new cat to a home is a delicate procedure!

Emmalie is one of the few people I really trust with our dog. She is so attentive and really cares about the well being and comfort of the animals she cares for. She actually is the one who discovered weighted blankets help with our dogs anxiety! I HIGHLY recommend her!

When I care for dogs in my own home, they stay in my room with me and my cat, Rue. She is very friendly and has clipped (not removed) claws to prevent any accidental injuries. I can let your pup out for restroom breaks and walks every 2-4 hours depending on your needs and my schedule for the day.

I love going on walks! I live in a great neighborhood for walks with a few parks and a downtown area nearby. I have a dog park within walking distance of my apartment if your pup likes to make friends :)
