Booked Emma for 2 walks - one for the evening of Sunday 4/1 and one for the later morning on Monday 4/2. Though I didn’t specify a time for the evening walk on 4/1, I assumed like any dog parent it would be done before 8pm. I communicated to her that my parents would be home and they were unable to walk her because my father works the next day and my mother is babysitting and I didn’t want to leave her with a dog full of energy and a baby. By 7pm on 4/1 I did not hear from Emma about the evening walk being completed, so I messaged her on a rover at 7:45pm asking if she would be over soon. I got no reply. I called her at 8:40pm and then called again at 8:42 and left a rude voicemail. It was after I left the voicemail that she immediately got back to me on rover that she “got stuck in Portland” and was to be over soon to which I told her it was too late and to not come by (my parents were asleep at that point). I told her to take my dog to the park early the next day for at least an hour and it was after that I received consistent communication and pictures. Would not book again.

Emma did a great job taking care of our 3 dogs. Our dogs are all different sizes (6 lbs, 35 lbs, & 80 lbs) and she did well with all three of them. She watched our dogs for two back-to-back trips and was very flexible to work with. We returned from both trips to happy pups! We wouldn't hesitate to have her watch them again.
