Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs since I was born, in fact, in all of my baby pictures it is hard not to find me lying around with dogs. My family has always had a dog in the house and I have been expected from an early age to feed, walk, bathe and take care of dogs. Friends and neighbors have utilized me to look after their own dogs in many capacities.

Emma is very responsible and mature and loves dogs. She is an excellent dog sitter and has taken care of dogs of all ages from senior to puppy. She provides the care that each dog requires whether it be sitting on the floor to make a dog feel more comfortable to taking long walks for those that need to exert energy. I would have no hesitation using Emma as a dog sitter. She has a lot of experience being around dogs-she grew up with three- and loves to be around them. I know that she would care for another's dog as if it were her own!
Emma is the most responsible person I know. She is the captain of the UNC Women’s Lacrosse team. She is on the USA Women’s Lacrosse team. But most importantly, Emma loves dogs, she has had dogs her whole life and is currently helping raise a Golden Retriever puppy. I couldn’t pick someone more trustworthy and responsible than Emma.

I like to provide dogs with their own space and comfort within the home. I do not have a fenced in yard, but am able to provide the dog with long walks or can bring them to parks where they can run more freely. My biggest intent is to prioritize the needs and preferences of the owner.

The most important information to know ahead of time is their comfort around other people. I like being able to socialize dogs with friends and my roommates, so if the dog doesn’t like to be around people a lot it would definitely be good to know!
A typical day
I will certainly entertain any dog that I watch with plenty of walks around my neighborhood, along with lots of human interaction if they would like! Aside from my neighborhood, there are some beautiful trails around me that make a perfect place to go for a walk.

Availability
I am currently enrolled in a one hour credit course for the spring semester, so I have an abundance of free time. My class is at 9:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and so I would love to utilize my free time to help look after dogs that need it!
