Emma has a big heart and passion for caring for animals. She has devoted many hours taking care of homeless pets as a volunteer at a local animal shelter. She is very dependable and I highly recommend her as a caretaker for your beloved pet.
In addition to caring for her own dog through high school & college, Emma has over 4 years experience providing daily care for a trio of dogs in her neighborhood. In addition, she has volunteered at 2 different shelters, providing socializing and physical care to the animals.
Emma has a huge heart for animals, especially dogs. She both caring and very responsible, and will love on your dog to no end. Emma also love New York! So you wont find a better person to take your dog on city tours. Let Emma be there for your dog when you aren’t able to!
Great with dogs who need attention!
Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a recent college graduate and an intern at a publishing house here in Manhattan. I was a dog owner for 13 years (my dog died in 2016 from kidney failure) and have also volunteered at animal shelters on and off for 3 years. I am best at making sure dogs feel loved and appreciated, but I can also be firm when need be. I’m happy to play with ...
What Emma would like to know about your dog
How will they react to other dogs on walks? How do they react to meeting new people? How will they respond to a stranger letting themselves into the house to visit the dog?
I like small dogs best, but am also comfortable with medium-sized breeds. (The dogs I have worked with most were a Sheltie mix and Wheaten terriers.)
