My name is Emma and I graduated from SMU in 2018 so I have lived in the area going on 9 years. Since graduation, I have worked at an astute global financial institution but am offered flexible work hours. They say nothing is more important than your mental health, and the best way to boost mine is with a sweet pup :)

Emma is one of the most responsible and caring dog sitters I've ever experienced! I often worry about leaving my sweet puppy Marcelle in the care of others while I travel because he is special needs and has a very particular diet and eating schedule. Emma was easily able to accommodate his needs and put me completely at ease! She constantly sent me updates and photos of Marcelle while I was away on vacation and I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing that my sweet puppy was well taken care of. I highly recommend Emma as a dog sitter and will continue to use her for all of my pet sitting needs in the future!
Loved Emma! She took great care of my dog and my puppy really liked spending time with Emma. I will for sure use Emma as a dog sitter again. :)

I don’t have any other pets, so if yours is antisocial (trust me, been there) then it shouldn’t be an issue. I prefer to know your pet’s daily routine so I can make it as normalized for them as possible. If there is something I can’t accommodate I will be sure to let you know.

I have only dog sat for one family that had a dog with special needs in addition to one that required daily oral medication. While this isn’t my strong suit, I have had some experience.
A typical day
My family’s dog is quite hyper so we usually go on 4-5 walks per day. While this can be a commitment to most people, I find that being outside is essential to my wellbeing. My favorite would be White Rock Lake!

I work from home half of the week but my job is extremely flexible in that if desired, I could work from home and spend the full day with your pet.
