My family had energetic Australian Shepherds growing up and as soon as I was able to, I became very involved in taking care of them and training them. I trained one of our dogs in obedience, agility, and confirmation. We also had a dog with a heart defect who required medicine 3 times a day for several years, so I have lots of experience in coaxing dogs to cooperate with that! Our older dog, Taco is an older guy with some unique needs and sometimes grumpy personality so experience with being patient and adaptable is right up my alley! We have a spunky and loving corgi named Edwin who's a fun handful.
