Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a kid. I grew up with our family dog, Maggie. She was the first dog I ever loved and inspired my passion for animal rescue. I then went on to college and helped my roommate take care of her adorable dog Dunkin (who I still get to go visit). Last year I adopted my dog, Harlow, she's an english springer spaniel/aussie mix. She loves everyone. She's a great playmate and will match your dog's energy level. If you want them to come home worn out from a fun day, she can help with that. She can also chill out if your dog is more mellow. I have a house with a fenced in yard and lots of grass. I'm outside all day with your dog, so they will never be unsupervised. If your dog loves the water, I have a kiddie pool that I keep clean throughout the day and an in ground pool that they are welcome to use with your permission if you are comfortable. If you chose to let your dog swim, I either get in with them or sit right next to the pool to watch. I have house sat for many different dogs in the past, including diabetic dogs that require daily insulin shots. I am very attentive and will cater to your dog's specific needs. I have 2 cats that stay inside or in the front yard. They're friendly, but keep their distance, so your dog will probably never see them. I work from home full time for a company that loves to donate to animal charities. Because of this, I have spent a lot of time at animal shelters and dog rescue events.
