I speak with every owner so I understand the expectations when their dog is staying with me. Once I speak with an owner, I provide them a Google Doc detailing their instructions. Owners may edit and add to it. I also use this document as a journal, noting what your pup and I are up to during the day: when they eat, walk, and play, etc. I’ll also send you photos of your pup as often as you’d like! If you don’t want your dog on couches, I can enforce that. If your dog is used to cuddling up on the couch next to you, I welcome that! Safety is also a huge concern of mine. I generally avoid other people and dogs during walks to ensure there’s no chance for a situation. I also won’t take dogs to the dog park or socialize them with other dogs unless instructed to do so by the owner. I treat your dog as if it were my own, looking out for its wellbeing and needs.
