Emma seems like a sweet girl, and she did fill my bird feeders and bird baths for no extra charge even though I offered, but I’m disappointed in the discrepancy between the hours we agreed she would be house sitting, and the hours she actually ended up working. We agreed to the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM, and those hours were never once worked. She arrived around 10:30-10:45 AM and left at 5-5:30 PM, leaving once as early as 4:30 PM. Over the period of six days, 15.25 hours were not worked that she agreed to work - and this doesn’t include a day she left for 3.5 hours for a job interview. It was distressing to be out of state, trusting someone that I don’t know to watch the three most precious things to me, and to get notifications every single day from my alarm system that the sitter was not sticking to her word of when she would be with my cats. Showing up late/ leaving early by 2.25-3 hours each day is unacceptable. We won’t be working with Emma again unfortunately.

Emma recently cared for my sweet Rocky. She was on time and appreciated her pertinent questions regarding Rocky's temperament and likes/dislikes. This is my first time using such a service but I will definitely do it again with Emma ! Rocky was well attended and I know Emma got a workout throwing that ball. ! You can tell " dog people" and Emma definitely fits the bill. Thank you.
