I grew up working at my dad’s veterinary hospital in TN, and started working there full time about 4 years ago. I have three cats and a dog of my own, and I’ve brought over a dozen near-death, bottle baby kitten fosters back from the brink! I adore animals, and since I left my vet job to move up to Chicago for the post-college career search, my apartment feels empty with only 4 animals 😂. I have a fully stocked, veterinarian-approved supply closet with probiotics and doggy perfume and a nail dremel, tons of dog-friendly couches and a cat trees, and years of experience caring for animals big and small and healthy and sick and old and young.
