I'm a pet lover who prefers a slower, positive reinforcement approach. I'm comfortable taking the time to get to know more cautious pets and learning the quirks of animals with anxiety. My dogs at home are crate and muzzle trained as safety precautions and for ease and comfort in our home (although they spend most of their time muzzle free cuddling on our couches with us!) so I am familiar with both of those tools. I am a big fan of training so would also be happy to learn and help maintain any fear-free training or behavior goals you have with your pets while I'm spending time with them! Because of my time in daycare and boarding settings as well as fostering, I do have experience administering medication for both dogs and cats in pill and injection form. I have experience feeding raw food diets. I'm also pet first aid and CPR certified and have basic training in dog behavior and group play dynamics.
