Pet care experience
As a young dog owner myself, I know how difficult it can be when you always want to put your dog first but hey, life happens and things get in the way. With that, your dog can still be put first while you attend to life stuff, and I can help out with the dog stuff without you having to worry. I've been a dog lover my entire life, growing up there was always a dog living in the house with me and my family. Since I've moved to Chattanooga around 6 years ago for college, I started off dogsitting for some friends and have just been doing it since because I love it so much! Dogs are such loyal, happy companions and it makes me so happy to play and hang out or even be around them, as it really does boost my mood. Like I said, I have a wonderful dog at home who absolutely loves every dog and human he comes into contact with (not cats, sadly), he is well-socialized and could be a wonderful additional companion and friend for your furball if you were to ever need to board them at my house!

Emma was so easy to deal with from our first meet and greet to the end of our dog's stay with her. Her dog Ringo is the sweetest, and we felt good about leaving our dog with Emma and Ringo.

My pup had a great time with Emma! Enough so that he sat and cried at the door when she left - I’d say it was a successful visit. Can’t wait to use Emma again!
Emma has dog sat for us on several occasions for our 3 fur babies. She is very trust worthy, dependable and overall a great girl. I highly recommend her for anything dog/pet related. Our dogs adore her!

If you choose to board your dog in my home, I have a fenced yard with a doggie door for my dog! My dog Ringo gets along great with other dogs, but I always take safety very seriously and will never leave 2 (or more) dogs unattended. I always feed them separately and close the doggie door/separate them if I need to leave the house. When I go to your home to care for your dog(s), I take great care into making sure they have everything they need! Walks, potty time, food, playtime, medications, all the things your fur baby would need while you’re away!
Information Emma H. would like to know about your pet
It is definitely a priority of mine when potentially boarding a dog in my home whether they get along with dogs okay or not, given I have one at home and his safety is obviously very important to me. I will always like to know whether they like to stay in a crate while I need to leave the house, and if so that you can bring it over so they’ll have it when they stay in my home! Knowing about any medications or allergies or any specifics at all honestly is important for me to know as well.
A typical day
I always love to play with dogs, whether that simply be a little fetch or I’ve even had clients who have taught their dogs how to solve dog puzzles! I also love to go on nice walks and get some fresh air with the dogs too!

Availability
I currently have a set schedule at my restaurant job, so I’m available mostly all of the time! The only time I’m not available is if I’m out of town (which is a rarity). Even if I work the same day you need me, we can always work around it no biggie!
